Church Leadership

From its beginning in 1996 RAM has understood that in order to grow churches planted on the mission field, church leadership training must be given priority. RAM believes that trained leadership is vital to developing strong churches that can reach Romania and the surrounding countries for Christ. Consequently, RAM has made a commitment to help train those pastors and church leaders who serve the Lord in churches RAM has had a hand in planting or is assisting.

Throughout the years, professors, Bible teachers and teaching pastors from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and partnering mission organizations like HeartCry Missionary Society partnered with RAM in order to  train pastors, missionaries, lay leaders, and Bible college students on how to better minister on the field and in the church.

RAM is currently in partnership with the Evangelical Baptist Mission (EBM) organization in order to provide on-the-field modular training for pastors, missionaries and church leaders. The TRI-M Bible College curriculum developed by EBM consists of modular courses that are being taught by American and Romanian teachers in one-week-long spring and fall sessions. Three courses are being taught during each of these sessions. At the end of four years of studies, the students will graduate after completing a total of twenty-four biblical, theological and practical courses.

RAM is also providing pastors, missionaries and church leaders with training resources in the Romanian language from Desiring God and Bethlehem College Seminary from Minneapolis, MN as well as Southern Baptist Theological Seminary from Louisville, KY.
