Church Leadership Training

From its beginning in 1996 RAM has understood that it is impossible to grow churches planted in the unevangelized areas of Romania without trained leadership. Consequently, it has made commitment to help train those pastors and church leaders who serve the Lord in churches RAM has had a hand in planting or is assisting.

Teams of professors and Bible teachers from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (Dr. Mark Terry), New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary (Dr. Charles Register and Dr. Ken Taylor), Asbury Theological Seminary (Dr. George Hunter), Alabama Baptist Convention (Dr. Rob Jackson), and HeartCry Missionary Society (Paul Washer and partners) went to Romania under RAM's auspices to train pastors, missionaries, lay leaders, and Bible college students on how to better minister on the field and in the church.

RAM is seeking to help the seven strategic churches, in time, develop training centers, perhaps satellite centers, with a working relationship with Holy Trinity's Braila Bible College. Trained leadership is an absolute necessity to develop strong churches that can reach Romania and the surrounding countries for Christ.
