Discipleship

Follow-up and discipleship is not the strength of most evangelical Romanian churches. RAM is partnering with the seven strategic Romanian churches in training local pastors and lay leaders how to follow-up and enroll the new converts m in one-on-one mentoring or small discipleship groups, until they become active disciple-makers in their local church.
