Marilyn Ladd is the Administrative Assistant in the RAM office lodged in Central Baptist Church, Decatur, Alabama. She accepted Christ as her Savior and Lord at the age of ten. Marilyn started her career as a high school biology teacher. She moved into administration with experience as a district Instructional Supervisor, a Public and Private School Principal, a School Board Chairperson, a District and State School Consultant, Church Education Director, and currently as an administrator in the RAM office.

She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree, a Master’s Degree in Science and a Rank I from Murray State University, School Instructional Certification, Certification for Elementary and Secondary Principal along with Administrative and Supervision Certifications.

Marilyn has participated in volunteer mission work in her local church, in Brazil, Australia, and with the NAMB. Marilyn’s father, brother and both grandfathers were/are Kentucky Baptist preachers.

She is married to Alfred Ladd and they have two daughters (Elaine Gill, Decatur, AL and Laura Hays, Atlanta, Georgia), and four grandchildren.
