From its beginning in 1996 RAM understood that in order to grow churches planted on the mission field, church leadership training must be given priority. RAM made a commitment to help train those pastors and church leaders who serve the Lord in churches connected with our mission organization.
Throughout the years, professors, Bible teachers and teaching pastors from partnering churches, partnering theological schools like Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and partnering mission organizations like HeartCry Missionary Society, Desiring God and Tri-M Mobile Modular Ministry came alongside our organization in order to train pastors, missionaries, lay leaders, and Bible college students on how to better minister on the field and in the church.
MODULAR TRAINING RAM has been in partnership with TRI-M, a God-centered international church leadership training ministry, in order to provide on-the-field modular training for pastors, missionaries and church leaders. The Bible college curriculum developed in partnership with TRI-M consists of modular courses that are being taught by American and Romanian pastors and church leaders in one-week-long spring and fall sessions. Three courses are being taught during each of these sessions. At the end of four years of studies, the students graduate after completing a total of twenty-four biblical, theological and practical courses.
BIBLICAL CONFERENCES RAM is also organizing regional or national biblical conferences led by seasoned pastors and church leaders in order to provide God-centered, Christ-honoring, church-strengthening training for pastors and missionaries. Among the leaders who led such conferences were Bob Jackson, John Piper, Hershael York, Tom Steller, David Michael, Bruce Ware, James Merritt, Bruce Ware, Justin Nale and Paul Washer.
PASTORS AND WIVES RETREATS RAM has been organizing annual retreats for pastors and their wives, which proved to serve as a great time of Christian fellowship as well as training and encouragement for the Christian ministry. The retreats were led by Bob & Abigail Jackson, Rob & Tonya Jackson, Billy & Rhonda Nale, Hershael & Tonya York and Phil & Debbie Waldrep.
